1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website designo4u.com (“Site”) or engaging our interior design and construction services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read carefully before proceeding.
2. Scope of Services
Designo Creation offers interior design consultancy, modular kitchens, false ceilings, PVC wall panels, UPVC windows, wallpaper décor, and turnkey contracting services. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be detailed in separate project proposals or service contracts.
3. Client Obligations
Clients must:
Provide accurate project information and preferences.
Ensure site accessibility for design, installation, and inspection.
Make timely payments as agreed in the payment schedule.
4. Project Quotes & Payment
Quotes are based on initial requirements and may be revised if scope changes. A booking deposit is required to confirm the project. The final quote and payment schedule will follow the proposal. Refund, cancellation, and scope change policies will be as specified in the contract.
5. Project Execution
Designo Creation handles all stages—from conceptual design to installation and finishing. Any delays due to client-side issues (e.g., restricted access or late decision-making) may affect the timeline. Force majeure events may also delay delivery without penalty.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, presentations, and visual materials remain the property of Designo Creation unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client may use deliverables for the intended project but may not reproduce or distribute them commercially without permission.
7. Liability Limitation
Designo Creation’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by third parties, or client-supplied defects or delays.
8. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Designo Creation harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from client-supplied information, misuse of deliverables, or breach of these terms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to mediation and, if unresolved, the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi (or another jurisdiction as mutually agreed).
10. Amendments
Designo Creation may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes implies acceptance of updated Terms.
